JUDr. Janette Prétiová

In 2005, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava. After completing her studies, she worked as a law clerk at AK Böhm & Partners and at Mgr. Roland Uhrina, attorney at law in Bratislava. In 2007, she defended a rigorous thesis and passed a rigorous exam in the field of commercial and civil law at the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, on the basis of which she was awarded the academic title "doctor of law" (JUDr.). In 2008, she successfully passed the bar exams, since 01.01.2009 she has been registered as a member of the Slovak Bar Association and became a partner of the law firm UHRINA & PARTNERS – legal advisors s.r.o., where she worked until 2014.
In November 2014, she co-founded Advokátska kancelária VIS LEGIS s.r.o.
Among other things, she has been providing legal advice since 2008 and is a founding member of the Slovak Association of Deer Farming (SADF), which deals with the issue of deer breeding.
As part of her legal practice, she participated in several legal due diligence, acquisitions and transformations.
She specializes in commercial law with a focus on contract law and company law, civil law including family law and real estate law, as well as labour law, intellectual property law, personal data protection and the agenda of the Register of Public Sector Partners.
She provides legal services in Slovak, Czech and English.

In her legal practice she deals mainly with commercial law with a focus on contract law, civil law, including intellectual property law (trademark issues, copyright, licensing agreements and others) and real estate law, construction law (especially development projects), employment law, personal data protection and public procurement.

JUDr. Natália Stachová
Natália Stachová is an associate at our law firm and has been a member of our team since March 2018. In 2021 she passed the bar exam and since 01.01.2022 she is registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the Slovak Bar Association. She completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University in Bratislava and in 2016 she passed the rigorosum examination on the basis of which she was awarded the title "Doctor of Law" (JUDr.).
During her studies, she first worked as a legal assistant in a law firm in the Slovak Republic and later participated in an internship in a law firm in the UK. After graduation, she started working as a Senior State Counselor at the Department of Law of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic in the field of state property management and litigation and later worked as the Director of the Department of Museums, Galleries and Libraries of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic, where she gained experience mainly in the field of legislation, administrative law and legal protection of cultural heritage.
Natália's practice focuses mainly on administrative law, labour law, commercial law and civil law, including litigation. She also provides legal advice in English.
In 2005 she successfully completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava. After graduation, she worked as a senior court clerk in the Jury Department of the District Court Bratislava III in Bratislava. In 2013, she defended her rigorous thesis entitled "Control in public procurement" at the Faculty of Law of University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice, on the basis of which she was awarded the academic degree of "Doctor of Law" (JUDr.). During her legal practice, she worked as an in-house lawyer in several banks, where she was engaged in preparing legal analyses in relation to newly adopted legislation in the field of banking, preparing contractual documentation, providing legal advice on the introduction of new banking products and services, debt recovery and representing banks in litigation.
She specialises in commercial law with a focus on contract and corporate law, civil law including family law and real estate law, as well as employment law and public procurement.
She provides legal services in Slovak, Czech and English.
JUDr. Katarína Jánošová
Petra Muroňová works in our law firm as a law clerk She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. During her studies she worked first as a legal assistant in a prestigious law firm and later as a law clerk. In 2014, Petra successfully passed the trustee examinations and was subsequently entered into the list of bankruptcy and restructuring trustees maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic, and she is still actively performing the activity of a trustee until today. She gained valuable experience in the field of crisis management when she worked as a member of the board of directors of a joint stock company in restructuring, where she was mainly involved in the system of effective debt recovery and labour relations. As part of her practice, Petra also handles litigation in civil and commercial matters.
Petra's main focus is on commercial and civil law.
Mgr. Petra Muroňová
He successfully completed his law studies in 2015 at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. After graduation, he gained extensive experience as a senior judicial officer assigned to chambers with civil, enforcement and criminal law agendas. Subsequently, he worked as a lawyer in two international banks operating in the Slovak Republic, where he dealt with litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, preparation of contractual documentation, debt recovery in the small business, corporate and personal sectors. Since 2022 he has been working in our law firm.
Maroš focuses his practice mainly on civil and commercial law in both contentious and non-contentious matters, bankruptcy and restructuring, administrative law and employment law. He provides legal services in Slovak, Czech and English.
Mgr. Maroš Czakó
Monika Lovásová has been working at our law firm as a law clerk since 2021. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, and during her studies she also worked for four years as an assistant in an international law firm in Bratislava, where she gained valuable experience, especially in the field of commercial and civil law.
During her internship she worked in several positions in the public and private sector, where she gained extensive experience in communication with public authorities as well as in dealing with administrative and legal agenda.
Monika mainly focuses on commercial and civil law, including family law and intellectual property law, competition law, real estate law and litigation. She also provides legal advice in English.
Mgr. Monika Lovászová
He has been working at our law firm as a law clerk since 2022. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2020, during his studies he gained experience as a legal assistant in international law firms in Bratislava.
He spent the last semester of his studies within the Erasmus+ programme at Mykolo Romerio Universitetas in Vilnius (Lithuania). Richard joined our law firm after completing more than a year as a law clerk in an internationally renowned law firm in Bratislava. At the turn of 2020 - 2021 Richard also completed the training of bankruptcy trustees organised by the Association of Bankruptcy Trustees of the Slovak Republic under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. He speaks Slovak, English and Hungarian.
Richard focuses mainly on commercial law, bankruptcy and restructuring, civil law including family law, as well as litigation, intellectual property and real estate law.
Mgr. Richard Megó
She has been working in our law firm as a legal assistant since 2021. She is currently studying at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, and during her studies she is already gaining work experience in the field of administrative and legal agenda.
Karolína focuses mainly on bankruptcy and restructuring, civil law including family law and litigation.
Bc. Karolína Perneschová
Matej Ganaj works in our office as an office manager, where he takes care of the comfort of colleagues and clients. He graduated from the Secondary Vocational School of Polygraphy in 2011. Later, he worked at OZ Inklúzia as an office manager and helped with the organization of Radnička's markets, where disabled people's products were presented and sold. Later he worked as an office manager at LEGAL ADVISORY GROUP, s.r.o. in 2018.
